Matthew Allen, IP Consultant & European Design Attorney
Matthew obtained a BEng (Hons) Mechanical Engineering at University of London, and an MSc Management of Intellectual Property Law

He is a CIPA Associate Member. Require 1 exam to be registered UK patent attorney, and 1 exam to be registered European attorney.

Matthew previously worked at one of the top 10 UK firms for more than 7 years. During this time, he gained experience of UK Patent revocation proceedings at the UK IP Office, acquisitions of companies and their IP, negotiating two destructions and damages settlements for patent infringements, leading ex parte Oral proceedings at the European Patent office, and successful dispute resolution against E Gluck Corporation and Saturn Corporation (part of GM Corporation).

Having obtained a UK Patent with an ex colleague a little experience of personal innovation.
